Creditors Interchange is one of the top 25 Account receivable management firms in the USA. They have experienced an almost 5000% growth rate in the last 6 years. CI needed a system that would allow them to continue growing and facilitate multiple branch offices in the future with a central management team Solution CI turned to BN Systems, Inc. and Comdial to provide them with a cost effective yet powerful system that would provide them the versatility and expansion capabilities that they required. BN installed multiple FXT systems and networked them all together through ISDN -PRI circuits which allowed all the individual nodes to function as one. A robust Central voice mail system serves to provide Caller ID into the mailboxes as well front s all inbound calls to provide proper routing among 30 individual and dynamic groups. Impact display phones are utilized to facilitate Caller ID to the desktop, as well as provide an interface for an amplifier-less headset. The cabling system was the first in the country to allow for automatic patching identification and electronic troubleshooting from the Switches to the desktop. The Voice logger was set up as a 16-port unit with expansion capability to 400 ports and interfaced to the Comdial digital station ports. Benefit Creditors has a system that will grow with them and provides them with all the tools necessary to serve their client base at a cost that was 25% of all the alternative systems they reviewed. The Cabling system will allow them to serve their organization , which has doubled in size in 1 year, without the need to add additional staffing. The voice logger helps to provide Creditors with real time evidence for instances where exact verification of conversations is necessary. Citadel had 5 locations in the City of Buffalo that they wished to consolidate. They bought a building on the city limits and unified all the offices Solution Citadel chose BN Systems, Inc. to reconfigure and modify the existing cabling and DXP Plus switch, which came with the building they had purchased. The cabling was all re-routed, re-terminated , and re-tested according to the new layout. A PC attendant was added to the switch due to the amount of anticipated call volume. The switch was equipped with ISDN-PRI circuits to facilitate Caller ID, as well as accommodate the remote tower communications Benefit The Comdial DXP provided a robust switch with lots of expansion room and allowed the Citadel Corp. to reduce the number of variegate circuits that they had before consolidating.
